Canadian Rockies Cruise Tours

Alaska remains one of the most popular cruise destinations in the world.

Many people who've cruised the Inside Passage soon return for a cruise tour that includes magnificent Denali National Park.

In fact, some people return to Alaska summer after summer.

Did you know there's another kind of Alaska cruise tour you can take that reveals a different kind of mountain magic?

Consider the Canadian Rockies as a gorgeous land addition to an Alaska cruise.

Among the highlights are Lake Louise and Banff, which Julie and I visited last summer.

We did it the hard way: self-driving.

Taking a guided tour of six days along with a seven night cruise could be the perfect next vacation for you.

If for some reason you want to skip the Alaska cruise and just take a Canadian Rockies tour, we have those too.

By the way, the first three photos are from our visit to Lake Louise, and the next three are from Banff.

Then again, photos really don't do either place justice.

Showing you how a place feels with pictures is like trying to explain how surprisingly delicious the Canadian Maple Donut with its unexpected custard filling was at Tim Horton's in Banff using mere words.
