Any time you take a cruise, it becomes a memorable event. You may find you do more during that few days than the rest of the year.
There's a great deal to be said for getting away from your day-to-day reality and into a new world, surrounded by people equally excited to be exploring the world on a floating resort.
Among all these new friends, however, you also will find yourself thinking of old friends and family members, wishing they could see something you know would have been of particular interest to them.
Why not plan a celebration at sea so you can share your love of discovering those places most people only read about?
I would love to help you form a group. You can invite your friends to join you on a dream cruise, and all of you could benefit from special amenities. I personally like surprising groups with special amenities rather than offering add-ons as incentives to sign on, but you can do it either way.
What's the downside if it flops? Absolutely nothing. You can still go on the trip, just as if you had never tried to start the group. More likely, instead of thirty rooms you saw as ideal you'll end up with one or two other rooms besides your own. In any case, as my Granddad used to say, "If you don't like beans, don't put them on the shelf." Just pick a cruise you like and a date that works for you. Some people will join and others won't, but it is most likely to work out if you come up with firm plans for a place and time that definitely works for you and share the opportunity to join with others.
I've helped people celebrate weddings, honeymoons, family reunions, church conferences, business meetings and other gatherings at sea. By comparison to professional event catering or hotel services, cruises are bargains, including many, many items that cost extra everywhere else, including great entertainment, dining, audio/video equipment and staffing.
Weddings are particularly great bargains, and you can choose to get married in your home port before sailing away on your honeymoon, or on some beautiful beach or exotic port on your itinerary or onboard at sea. And, if you'd really rather have generous loved ones help you afford the perfect honeymoon rather than receive more small appliances than your cupboards can possibly hold, I have a unique Travel Registry on my site that's free to use.
To help simplify your vacation plans for groups or individual travel, we also have exclusive Completely Packaged Vacations that take care of the small stuff like transfers and pre-cruise hotel stays for you and your friends at a price considerably lower than offered by the cruise lines. I'd love to help you plan your next celebration.
